You can delete your Cadet AI account and all of its data at any time. Here are two ways to do it.
Open Cadet AI and go to Settings → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data right away.
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@cadetai.co.uk from the email address on your account (for a cadet under 18, a parent or guardian can email on their behalf) and ask us to delete the account. We may ask a question or two to confirm it’s really you. We complete deletion within one month, and usually much sooner.
Everything tied to your account: your profile (name, organisation, unit or school, rank, star level), your progress (quiz results, XP, badges, awards, streaks), your TANGO chat history, your answer feedback, any leaderboard nickname, and your settings. Your “age verified” status is removed with the account.
We may keep minimal records only where the law requires (for example, a record of a purchase for tax purposes), with no profile data attached.
You don’t have to delete your whole account to clear specific data — for example, you can clear your TANGO chat history from within the app. To request deletion of specific data, email support@cadetai.co.uk.
